When I see Clients in my practice, I often give them handouts to take with them that help them after the session.  These techniques are ones that I recommend that will continue to assist you in keeping yourself well and feeling good.

I would suggest that the Collarbone Breathing technique is used morning and night and that the others are used at any time when you are not feeling totally ‘balanced’.

Maybe you are feeling stressed, forgetting why you came in to the room, mispronouncing words or so on.  All of these things can be indicators that you are in Psychological Reversal – that your electrical circuits are firing the wrong way!  Use these helpful techniques as often as you like as they cannot do you any harm – only good!
